A comprehensive strategy to provide programming and treatment services through a direct supervision management model called Juveniles in Adult Correctional Systems (JACS) is described. Sections of this paper discuss: need and development of JACS; "token economy" to manage behavior; nutrition element; comprehensive programming strategy and program options for juvenile offenders; and outcome evaluation.
