This self-paced course will assist those jurisdictions seeking to realize more successful outcomes with offenders, such as utilizing resources and capacities more effectively, implementing evidence-based practices, and defining and measuring outcomes. Five modules make up this training program: introduction; the TPC (Transition From Prison to the Community) Initiative; the TPC approach and model; lessons learned from jurisdictions utilizing TPC; and what it takes to implement TPC. Additional contents include a glossary, post test, descriptions for each of the TPC jurisdictions, website links, and the Roadmap for Implementing the TPC Model.
