A summary of findings from an evaluation of the implementation of the Prolific and other Priority Offender (PPO) programme is presented. Sections following an executive summary are: introduction; results -- overall views of the PPO program, selection and deselection of PPOs, conveying the right information to keep offenders motivated, co-location of PPO staff, funding of the program, data sharing and partnership working, and further challenges; and conclusions.
