Nine chapters are contained in this manual: adult based learning; structure of the Reno Model; program personnel; Phase A -- non-emergency incident response; Phase B -- emergency response; mid-term evaluation phase; Phase C -- patrol activities; Phase D -- criminal investigation; and final term evaluation phase.
