"Th[is] study examine[s] how law enforcement agencies that are leading the field in EIS [early intervention systems] handle the issues surrounding supervision and intervention, and how they innovatively tackle the challenges they face" (p. 2). EIS is a system intended to identify, address, and potentially prevent harmful employee behavior.
