Two policies comprise this collection. "Arrest and Detention of Foreign Nationals" covers treaties and notice to foreign national and/or consular officials (consular notification). "Transferring of Foreign Nationals to their Home Countries" covers qualifications for transfer to foreign countries and institutional procedures. Also included in the latter policy is the form "Application for Transfer to Foreign Country/Authorization of Release of Confidential Information."
