A two-day curriculum covering the Thinking Reports and Problem Solving process utilized in the Thinking for a Change program is provided. Objectives for this staff training program are: present and discuss theoretical foundations; offer evidence justifying the use of cognitive behavioral approach; ways to utilize Thinking for a Change in offender supervision; observe how these techniques are used during an offender's monthly report; and demonstrate/practice these techniques.
