Ten sections comprise this document: characteristics of the adult prison population; characteristics of the female prison population; characteristics of the elderly prison population; youthful offender prison population characteristics; prison population characteristics by country of citizenship; characteristics of drug offenders by amount of drug and prior history; process of parole revocation decisions; parole considerations and approvals by lowest parole guideline levels; offenders with INS Detainers; and characteristics of the revoked probation population.
