A plan to upgrade performance measures that includes "current and proposed measures for a program, data sources for the new measures, and method of calculation for each new measure" is presented (p. ii). Sections of this report cover: an overview of the performance measure system and proposed redesign; proposed changes to performance measures by program; and conclusion and summary. The number of performance measures would be reduced 11% while the number of analytical templates would decrease by 67%. Accession Number: 018558
