Georgia Aging Inmate Population: An Analysis of Historic Trends and Projection of the Future Population

An additional 1,500 inmates 50 years old and older are estimated to be added to Georgia's prison population by 2004 due to the 1995 "two strikes" law and the 1998 "parole 90% policy".
