This manual describes how the Intensive Aftercare Program (IAP) elements are structured and how they function. These examples are drawn for site visits and surveys of intensive juvenile aftercare program models. The manual explains the theoretical framework, underlying principles, and program elements of the IAP model. It then provides examples of policies and procedures for each of the major program elements; organizational factors, case management, and management information.
