Employers who are responding to recent demographic changes in the workforce and anticipating future changes appear to be in a better position to prosper and grow as the turn of the century approaches. Demographic issues discussed include the wholesale entry of married women with children into the workforce, increasing representation of racial or ethnic minorities in the labor force, and the aging of the labor force.
